The 4Heroes Huddle - If These Walls Could Talk
In this message, Chaplain Frank uses the story of Jericho to highlight one of the biggest challenges of faith: obedience when the outcome is unclear. Joshua 6 tells us that God told the Israelites to march around the city walls once a day for six days—and then seven times on the seventh day—before the walls would fall. Frank unpacks what it must have felt like to keep walking when nothing seemed to be happening.
He reminds us that obedience often comes before understanding, and faith sometimes looks like doing the simple thing again… and again… and again. Just because God hasn’t moved yet doesn’t mean He isn’t working. We’re encouraged not to stop short—not on day four, or day six, or lap five of seven. The miracle is often just around the corner. Keep walking.
